How to refer someone

Wherever we operate, we provide high quality specialist support to people with mental health conditions to help them to get or move closer to paid employment. However, because of funding streams, some of our programmes operate just in Hull or just in East Riding of Yorkshire, and to be eligible for the programme the person may have to meet certain criteria. We can advise you on which programme might be the most suitable for your client.

If you think that you are working with someone who would be interested in our service, referral is easy. All we ask is that the referral is discussed with them prior to getting in touch with us, and that you are able to share with us some basic information about them and what they want to achieve.

These are the questions that you will have to answer in the process of referral. A general referral form can be found by clicking here.

For data protection reasons we would prefer to receive referrals over the phone or post, if you have a secure system referral forms can be sent by email with encryption.

Referrals can be made over the phone by contacting us at (01482) 242808.
