OUR CONTINUED SUPPORT
Working for Health CIC has remained operational throughout the Covid-19 outbreak on a remote basis. We have now provided guidance and developed appropriate systems to ensure the office can safely open the doors to both employees and participants. However, we must ensure the office operates a 2m social distancing and with this being said, the amount of people in the office must be kept to a minimum.
Hand sanitation stations have been provided along with gloves and masks being available for visitors. In addition, a Track & Trace system of registering your visit must be completed prior to attending the office and we ask that in line with NHS guidance, if anyone presents with any of the symptoms mentioned here www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ to stay at home and refrain from attending Working for Health.
If you are feeling well and you attend a meeting at the office, we ask everyone in the building to observe good hygiene practices in terms of hand washing. We also encourage everyone in the building to refrain from handshakes and contact – please understand our need for caution in this area. Bottles of water will be provided as a light refreshment.
We are ensuring that surfaces and equipment throughout the building are regularly cleaned and appreciate your efforts in working together to help us prevent the potential spread of COVID-19.
We understand that for some people, this is a concerning time and looking after our mental health in the current situation is really important. There is some really good information here https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/coronavirus.
A Risk Assessment detailing some of the provision has been carried out which you can access via the link below.
As an organisation we will closely monitor the situation as it develops over the coming weeks. We will keep you all updated if we need to introduce further measures to protect us all as a community.
TRACK & TRACE
A track & trace self-sign in system has been developed to trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive for coronavirus and, if necessary, notifies them that they must self-isolate at home to help stop the spread of the virus. We are introducing this service to help return life more to normal, in a way that is safe.
For Staff, Volunteers and Participants, before attending Working for Health HQ, Work Recovery Hub @ Cottingham Station, please sign in to the track and trace.
Please only sign in on the day you are visiting. This will help keep everyone as safe as possible.
Access to the building will not be permitted without signing in prior to your visit.
Should you have difficulties doing this, please contact us on 01482 242808.
This Risk Assessment will identify the hazards that require control measures to be in place to effectively conform to the current government guidance when supporting Staff, Volunteers and Members through the Covid 19 pandemic to the offices at Cottingham Railway station.
