Thriving at Work provides support to help you deal with any physical health, mental health or wellbeing concerns you are facing in the workplace.
As an employee, this programme will help you reach your full potential through supporting you to manage your health at work. If you are an employer it will increase your understanding of how to create an inclusive and accessible workplace.
Together we’ll find out how to overcome such challenges so that you can thrive at work, supported all the way.

Through the Thriving at Work programme, Working for Health will:
Create Inclusive Workplaces
A comprehensive package of inclusive business support, aimed at increasing staff skills, productivity and retention and reducing absenteeism, presenteeism and the loss of valuable staff from the labour market, with the aim of supporting and empowering companies to create greater inclusion and providing expertise around mental health, health conditions and disabilities.
– Inspire culture change and positive disclosure
– Practical support with recruitment and HR policies and procedures
– Awareness raising about Access to Work
– Promotion of Disability Confident and Mindful Employer marks
Provide Workplace Support
Provision of tailored 1-2-1 support for employees with mental or physical health issues, that will empower them to thrive at work. Employees may be referred to the programme by their manager or self-refer.
Support packages for workers with disabilities to
– raise aspirations
– increase skills (including basic skills)
– support career progression
– provide support to navigate the workplace
