The role of Administration Volunteer is to support the administrative function of Working for Health and the day-to-day administrative duties of the Work Recovery Coaches working on a range of programmes.

Allotment Volunteer

The role of Allotment Volunteer is to look after our allotment on Tavistock Street, ensuring that it is clean, tidy and safe. This will require the volunteer to be liaising with the public, other volunteers and participants.

You will also be required to support the planning and delivery of our Nature for Health sessions. are there to welcome and engage attendees and provide support where needed.

Training and induction will be provided.

Station Adoption Volunteer  

The role of Station Adopter Volunteer is to look after Cottingham train station, ensuring that it is clean, tidy and safe. It will also require the volunteer to plant, weed and water the various planters, hanging baskets and troughs on the station. You may be required to help members of the public with queries regarding ticketing and other general train information.

Training and induction will be provided.

Workshop Facilitator / Support Volunteer  

The role of Workshop Facilitator / Support Volunteer is to support the planning and delivery of Workshops.

In supporting the delivery of workshops, you will be involved in idea generation to keep workshops innovative as well as ensure everyone is able to get involved. You are there to welcome and engage attendees and provide support where needed.

For experienced volunteers and those wanting to develop further, the role can extend to facilitating workshops and taking a lead on delivery and planning.

Training and induction will be provided.
