Welcome to our Summer prospectus!

Summer has arrived, bringing with it some warmer weather. Our Nature for Health sessions are a great way to take advantage of these summer months whether you want to try your hand at planting or just want to pop in for a breath of fresh air and a chat.

Back by popular demand, our Gaming – Lets Play! sessions have been re-introduced every other Wednesday. Why not make an afternoon of it by having a drink with our friendly Tea & Talk group before kicking back with a gaming session!

Remember our groups are open to all clients so why not come in and see what we have to offer? Some of the sessions may be self-supporting, so please enquire for more details.  Looking forward to seeing you soon!
