Now the clocks have changed, winter has officially started. Whether you look forward to the dark mornings or dark nights or whether you are wishing summer would come quicker, we hope you find something of joy in this seasons prospectus.

We know it can be hard to find motivation during the darker months but at Working for Health we can support you on your journey.
