IPS (Keyworker) – 2 Roles available
As a Work Recovery Coach using the IPS model, you will act as Key Worker for a caseload of people who have experienced mental health conditions and who wish to explore employment options.
Your role is to motivate and support people to define and realise their work goals and effectively document their involvement with the beneficiaries to meet the reporting requirements of the funders.
One position will be based in East Riding and the other in North Yorkshire.
